Manure Scrapper

The scraper is designed for a high capacity and excellent cleaning work.

It is a hydraulic driven system with a drawbar with slots, that automatically moves 

on animal-friendly scraper, step by step in each alley while it cleans the alley by scraping manure to a cross channel or a pit in the end of the walkway.

Manure Slurry scraper consists of a central body with a built in mechanism.

Swinging center flaps is scraping the manure in straight angle to the transporting direction, short outer blades  cleans the area along the sides of the alley. 

The U-profile is the drive rail for the scraper. It slides in a special profile embedded in the concrete and is connected to the rod attached to the Gear Box the cylinder piston rod from which the to-and-fro movements are generated .

When the scraper has reached the end of the alley, the mechanical Loop Turner at the end of the C-profile makes the scraper turn and go backwards.

Motor Supplied is 3 HP Three Phase with Suitable Gear Box.
